About Us

Mother of Our Savior was started as a family business on May 1, 1975 and remains so today.  We specialize in Church Altar Candles and Catholic devotional articles as well as large fiberglass statues and a complete line of church metalware items. Hours

Our standard hours are 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time Zone, Monday through Friday.  
Closed Saturday, Sunday and Catholic Holy Days.

Our extended hours apply during Christmas and Easter season are 8 a.m. through 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.  We will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m.

Please use the toll-free number for orders only.  For all other business matters, please call (812) 967-2530.  Our shipping is for one order going to one address in the 48 states only.  We are only able to accept 1 call per order.  We cannot “add on” to an order once it is placed.  Such an order would be considered a new, separate order.

Backorders

Normally items temporarily out of stock will be Backordered with shipment to follow when available.  If you prefer, indicate on your order “NO BACKORDER” and we will refund for items not shipped, or you may indicate a second choice.

Price Changes or Errors

We respectfully reserve the right to correct typographical errors and/or change prices when necessary.  However, we will notify you prior to any necessary increase.

Sales Tax

Applies to Indiana Residents Only:  A 7% sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Phone/ Internet Orders:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Charge Accounts/Terms:  We automatically extend charge accounts to churches, convents, schools, and to any organization in the Official Catholic Directory.  Our terms are Net 30 Days.

Return Policy

We welcome and appreciate your business and prayers and should we inadvertently make a mistake on your order, please let us know so that we can correct it to your satisfaction.

All items in our catalogue and online are covered by our 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  All returns must be authorized by MOS, Inc.  Please contact us by phone or email to get return authorization so that we can instruct you on how to go about returning it.  All returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.  Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the merchandise or send you a replacement of exchange (your choice).  Please see our separate instructions covering items broken or damaged.  If returning by UPS or FedEx ship to 5271 E. Mann Rd., Pekin, IN 47165.

Insurance / Breakage or Damage

All orders are insured against loss or breakage.  In the event of breakage or damage, follow these steps:  Notify either FedEx or us, whichever is easiest for you within 3 days of receipt.  Save all packing, inside as well as the original shipping box.  Important:  Do not return damaged items without permission.  We will pay for all return shipping.  Failure to follow these rules will void insurance.

Disputes

All disputes or disagreements between the seller and the purchaser must be resolved through biding arbitration or through mediation.
